Flash
This browser can't flash the board. Use Chrome or Edge (desktop, or Chrome on Android) over HTTPS. Firefox, Safari and iOS browsers don't support WebUSB.
Browser report:
Connected to a robot's Systemcore instead? Use the SSH flow in the project's documentation.
This copy of the flasher has no release key configured, so it refuses to flash anything. Set publicKey in release-config.json.
- Put the board in flash mode.
- Already running Flash: press and hold the screen until the System menu pops up, then hold Update firmware until the bar fills. The screen goes dark. That's flash mode!
- New or stuck board: unplug it, hold the BOOTSEL button, plug it back in, then let go.
- Connect. Hit the button below and pick the RP2350 boot device.
- Wait for it. Keep the cable in and this tab open. When it says done, the board restarts on its own.
Optional. Permanently deletes the support bundles saved on the board, after the new firmware has been written and verified; it adds about a minute to look for them. Leave it unchecked to keep them. Export them from the board's menu first if you want a copy.

Troubleshooting
- Windows: if the board doesn't appear in the list, the boot-ROM interface may need a WinUSB driver (Zadig, on the interface named RP2 Boot (Interface 1) only, never interface 0).
- Linux: install 99-rp2350-bootsel.rules into
/etc/udev/rules.d/, runsudo udevadm control --reload-rules, replug. Snap/Flatpak browsers may block USB. - Android: use a USB-C OTG cable; a weakly powered phone can brown the board out.
- A failed or interrupted flash is recoverable: the board returns to flash mode on its own, or hold BOOTSEL while plugging in.
